Some VERY Exciting News & Fitness Friday

I posted, earlier this week, about my first time trying Orange Theory Fitness and someone messaged me they're apparently opening one in Lethbridge!! You guys!! I'll be so pumped if that happens!! 
Anyway, I also got some other VERY exciting news yesterday. 
I AM RUNNING THE CHICAGO MARATHON!!!!
The race is October 9th! It'll be my second marathon since I had to drop down to the half for Vancouver next weekend. To be honesty, I was unsure if I even wanted to run another marathon and then this opportunity happened! So, now I'm training for another marathon. I think I'll be a little easier on myself this time.

 I can't wait to see Chicago!!! This is super early but let me know any must-sees, dos, eats, etc!!

Monday, April 18th

10 minute warm up, 45 minute (Easy) and 6 strides
5 miles (49:15) 9:51/average



Tuesday, April 19th

10 minute warmup, 45 minutes (Negative Splits) and 6 strides
5 miles (48:18) 9:40/average



Wednesday, April 20th

4.5 miles walk/run with a friend



Thursday, April 21st
10 minute warmup, 400m X 8 Hills (Easy) and 6 strides
5 miles (51:25) 10:17/average


Friday, April 22nd
Rest Day

Saturday, April 23rd
