Fitness Friday

Time for another edition of Fitness Friday.
I love being able to keep track of my workouts and holding myself accountable.

3 weeks until my first half marathon and I'm feeling great about it. Half Marathons are my favourite distance! It won't be a PR (I'm not trying for one) but I would love to sub 2 for sure.

10 minute warmup, 45 minutes Easy Pace, 6 strides
5 miles 48:54 (9:47/average)
Tuesday, April 5th
10 minutes warm up, 5 minutes Easy Pace
Ladder workout 2, 3, 4, 3, 2 (Effort) with 2 minutes (Easy Pace/Recovery) in between
4 miles 35:38 (8:54/average)
Arms & Chest

Wednesday, April 6th
60 minute HIIT Bootcamp

Thursday, April 7th
REST DAY
Friday, April 8th
10 minute warmup, 3 miles Easy Pace
3 miles 29:36 99:52/average)

Saturday, April 9th

10 miles Easy Pace (pacing friends for a 4 mile race at the end)

Sunday, April 10th
Active Rest Day (walking around the zoo!)
