Fitness Friday

I missed last week's Fitness Friday, because of the long weekend, but let's jump back in! I'm four weeks away but my first half, of the year, and feeling good about where I'm at! I had my highest mileage month, since last July, with 110 miles.

5.5 miles 47:30 (9:30/mile average)

Tuesday, March 29

45 minutes: Negative Splits & 6 Strides 51:37 (9:23/mile average)

Wednesday, March 30th
30 minute strength training hotel workout 

Thursday, March 31st

5 miles negative splits (9:18, 8:56, 8:53, 8:23, 8:01) 43:34 (8:42/mile average)

Friday, April 1st

Rest Day

Saturday, April 2nd
