Fitness Friday

I wouldn't call this week "great" for workouts but I got in all my miles. I actually didn't do any cross-training as I have a race, this weekend, and I wanted to give my body a rest leading up to that.

I'm really struggling without a treadmill (how do all my mom friends do it?) I can't wake up at 4-4:30 and go running outside and leave London home alone. I'm hoping to fix it soon so I can get back to my regular schedule.

5.5 miles on the treadmill (9:31/average pace)

Tuesday, March 15th
3.65 miles (9:42/average pace)
Wendy's Hill X 2 (to get ready for Saturday's race)

4 miles (9:07/average pace)


Friday, March 18th
8 miles easy pace (9:48/average)
