This week has been filled with great workouts. My leg feels 100% and I feel like myself again. Well, a stronger version because I've added strength training into my routine.
I've also learned to embrace the rest days lately. My doctor (and my mom) suggested I actually may be doing too much lately so I'm going to see if taking a step back, in some areas, makes a difference.
