Fitness Friday

This week was another awesome week of workouts and I feel like it's safe to say my leg is feeling AMAZING! 

Since deciding to drop to the half marathon, for Vancouver, in May I feel great. I am just going to continue building my base and getting stronger (strength training 3-5 times a week) and focus on making mostly healthy eating choices. 

I'm looking for a post-workout recovery supplement so it anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Monday, February 29th
2 mile run
30 minute Body Pump Class


Tuesday, March 1st
5 mile run at easy pace (9:43/mile)
Glutes, Guts and Glory 60 minute class
Barre 60 minute class


Wednesday, March 2nd
5K at easy pace (9:53/mile)


Thursday, March 3rd
30 minutes abs and arms workout


Friday, March 4th
4 miles at easy pace 
(35 minute run & 6 strides)


Saturday, March 5th

8 miles at easy pace

Sunday, March 6th

Active Rest Day
