Fitness Friday

This week was another awesome week of workouts and less tension in my left leg/quad! I'm getting there!

Monday, February 15th

30 minutes continuous at Easy Pace (9:50/mile) with 6 strides (at 8:15/mile)
Spin Class




Tuesday, February 16th

60 minutes of Walking Hills (3 minutes at 5% incline at 2 minutes at 10% incline)
Body Pump




Wednesday, February 17th

5K Run at Easy Pace (9:50/pace)
Lower Body Workout



Thursday, February 18th

Upper Body Workout


Friday, February 19th

30 minutes continuous at Easy Pace with 6 strides



Saturday, February 20th

Planned:
2 miles 10:2 Intervals & 4 miles continuous

Sunday, February 21st

Planned:
Yin Yoga
