Friday night, I went for a massage after work before picking up London. We spent a lot of time on my calves and feet which are going to need even more tlc after this marathon is over.
Since, we were both pretty tired we headed to bed before 9.
Saturday morning, London went to his dad's for a few hours so I cleaned the house and did laundry before completing my final double-digit run of this training cycle.
I watched Pitch Perfect 2 while I ran. It's the perfect treadmill-run movie!
After showering I headed to Starbucks for a coffee date with my girlfriend Melissa. Most of our conversation was about our upcoming trip to Vegas. She's running her first half marathon and we are both excited for some girl time (there are seven of us making the trip!)
After picking London up we took advantage of the gorgeous weather and headed out for a bike ride.
We were in bed shortly after 8!!
Sunday, we picked up a treat and headed to watch some friends in a local race. I was bummed to be missing it but wanted to save my legs for NYC (my coach didn't trust me not to race it!)
Since it was another beautiful day I decided to head to the river valley and take a few photos.

We met London's dad for an afternoon movie (I'm so happy G-rated movies are actually pretty enjoyable for adults) and we saw Hotel Transylvania 2 again.
This viewing was in 3D though and London refused to wear his glasses....
We had a quiet night in since I am tired (still) and seem to have an ear infection (doctors tomorrow) which is bugging me!
After bath time, we flossed (he loves it) and cuddled before calling it another early night. I can't wait to get some energy back (apparently this is normal turning taper time.)
