Training For The New York Marathon- Week 11

40 days until I'm running the NYC Marathon! I watched a video on the course yesterday, as well as interviews with runners, and got goosebumps. I can't believe it's so close!

With my unexpected work trip, last week, my training was a bit all over the place. I had to cancel my two strength-training classes but managed to get almost all my mileage in (luckily it was a down week so I only came a mile short!)

Week 10 Workouts:

Monday, September 14th

4 Miles Regular Run

Thursday, September 17th

5 Miles Regular Run

Saturday, September 19th

12.5 Miles Long Run

Sunday, September 20th

3.5 Miles Easy Run

This week I have my longest training run ever, 18 miles, and I'm a little nervous but also excited. 

I also am hoping to get to a Body Pump class with Jo and a new class at Kinetic. I'm also counting down to my trip to Waterton with a bunch of friends this weekend. I switched around my long run so I can just focus on having fun in the mountains!

This Week's Workouts:

Monday- 5 Miles RR
Tuesday- OFF
Wednesday- 18 Miles LR
Thursday- Body Pump & Roll & Release Class
Friday- 3 Miles
Saturday- OFF
Sunday- 8 Miles
