Training For The NYC Marathon- Week 3 of 16

I can't believe we're already in Week 3! Ahh! I'm really enjoying this training cycle. It's tough balancing everything but I find my weekly schedule really helps with planning. Plus, it's good to be flexible. I'll touch more on that next week...

Here are my workouts from Week 2:
Monday, July 20th:  
  • 5 MILES AYF
  • 1 HOUR SPIN CLASS 



Tuesday, July 21st:  
  • BODY PUMP

Wednesday, July 22nd: 
  • 7 MILES INTERVALS


Thursday, July 23rd:
  • 6 MILES REGULAR RUN


Friday, July 24th:
  • OFF 
Saturday, July 25th:
  • 9 MILES LONG RUN


THIS WEEK:

Monday: 6 Miles
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday:  7 Miles Intervals (AM) and Spin (PM)
Thursday: 6 Miles (AM) and Body Pump (PM)
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 10 Miles
Sunday: OFF
