Training For The NYC Marathon- Week 2 of 16

YAY! I made it through the first week and day one of Week 2. Seriously, I'm taking this plan on day at a time so I don't get too overwhelmed by the numbers.
I've heard of marathon-training burnout and I am hoping not to get there. I'm actually really enjoying having a plan to follow and a goal to work towards.

Here are my workouts from Week 1:
Monday, July 13th:  
  • 6 MILES RR 55:13 (9:15/Pace)

Tuesday, July 14th:  
  • 6 MILES RR 53:23 (8:53/Pace)

Wednesday, July 15th: 
  • 6 MILES AYF (As You Feel)
  • 50 Minute Spin Class

Thursday, July 16th:
  • 1 Hour Body Pump

Friday, July 17th:
  • 8 MILES LR 1:13:36 (9:11/Pace)

Saturday, July 18th:
  • 2 Mile Bike Ride


Monday: 5 Miles & Spin
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: 7 Miles Intervals
Thursday: 6 Miles
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 9 Miles
Sunday: OFF
