Calgary Half Marathon Training Plan

So, the day after I returned from NYC I signed up for a Runner's World Training Plan for the Calgary Half Marathon June 1st. I knew I had a good base, but wanted to keep up with a schedule (I'm extremely Type A!) Of course, I couldn't start it as my legs started giving me problems.

Now, that I've returned to running (Yippee!) it's time to develop a new training plan. I'm not comfortable picking up with the Runner's World plan as I don't have the mileage or speed back quite yet.

So, here it is!

It starts on Monday, but I'm hoping to do a 4 miler tonight and then a 9 miler on Saturday.

Who else is training for a race right now?
